HUAXIAN ceramic fiber cotton, adopting gangue and industrial metallurgical slag as material, melted in high temperature by the industrial furnace, blowing or swinging, is produced by swinging technology. The product average diameter is 3-5μm, which is thinner than existing ceramic fiber selling in the market.

CERAMIC FIBER BLANKET

ceramic fiber blanket is a carpet material with certain strength made of ceramic fiber cotton and formed by double-sided needling process. This process greatly increases the interweaving degree, lamination resistance, tensile strength and surface flatness of the fibers. The fiber blanket does not contain any organic binding agent. This is to ensure that the product has good manufacturability and stability at both high and low temperature.

Ceramic fiber board is a plate-like material formed by ceramic fiber cotton through special double-sided needling process, with certain proportion of binding agent, and passing through the large automatic vacuum absorption machine and drying.

All these materials are transformed into a cementitious board form as the final products by pulping, forming and accelerating the curing reaction in the saturated steam of high temperature and high pressure. It is a new type board material with excellent performance for building and industry. It is fire-proof, moisture-proof, sound insulating, moth-proof and its durability is also good. It is an ideal decorative board for ceiling and partition.
